When I returned later I was informed that I'd been upgraded to a larger room and my luggage was already brought upstairs for me. The room itself was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and very nicely decorated. And the location is perfect - easily walkable to Chelsea and Belgravia and you can get anywhere from nearby Victoria Station. I will definitely be staying here again! "
