I booked this hotel as an emergency stay as I forgot to book a place to stay and recharge for a few hours before my next flight and I’m so glad I chose to stay with them because hot damn this hotel was absolutely SPACIOUS than most hotels I chose to stay at here in Vietnam! It’s an absolute CRIME I didn’t get the chance to dip into the pool but just being able to see it up there was straight beautiful! Especially captivating at night! Don’t get me started on the...

"Very cost effective and friendly staffs"

"Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, did not get a chance to spend much time at the sky bar and pool area but did briefly check it out to enjoy some fresh air and lovely views of the city. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Great location and staff. Clean and well mentioned hotel. Perfect stay"

You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...

"Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...

"Conveniently located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Room was clean and quiet even though we are in middle of town. Staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations. Good variety of breakfast food available to accommodate different cultures. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area."
