"We had a great experience at this hotel! We had first booked another hotel but didn’t love it and found this one at a great price with breakfast included. It was a great choice! From the moment we stepped in, we felt very welcomed by Sofia. We got a welcome drink and snack. Then she personally showed us the room and gave us a sheet with great information about the city. The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 and it had a lot of counter space to put our stuff. It also included glass bottles of water that were refilled every day as well as coffee and tea. It’s nicely decorated. The breakfast had a nice spread of warm items, fresh fruit, bread, yogurt and also included a la carte items like banh mi, pho, eggs etc. The staff was always willing to help. Link in concierge was very attentive both in person and in whatsapp. She provided useful tour information, helped us book a walking tour, and always followed up. On the day of our early departure, they even had breakfast boxes ready for us to take. So very thoughtful! It really felt like coming back home each day. All staff was friendly and attentive and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Highly recommended!"

The hotel staff always greet you and remember your name. Which adds a very personal touch. No matter how long you are staying at the hotel they will treat you like a VIP. "What a lovely hotel. Excellent rooms, well positioned in the Old Quarter, near lots of great restaurants and walking is very safe. The lake is a short distance away. The superb staff is always welcoming, friendly and happy! This was the perfect base camp for our almost 2 week exploration of northern Vietnam. The staff reached out to us and coordinated our arrival, helped with airport transfers too! Every side trip we did the hotel kept our large bags safe, welcomed us with drinks and fresh towels. The travel staff helped us plan and get to various sites in Hanoi. We used grab - it was perfect! Oh the breakfast! Best we have had anywhere hands down! The roof top bar is a must and has a great happy hour! While we didn’t use the spa, others said it was great as well. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel for any of your travel in Hanoi!
