"Great location and easy check in process. Didn't get to explore much of the amenities but the room was spacious. I booked a king bed and it came with a sofa bed as well, mini fridge and microwave."

"this property is old and dingy inside and out. There’s a lack of towels for inside and also no towels for the pool area, including no floor mats extremely dangerous to get out of the shower. The air-conditioning does not work in the master and there are no side lights for the bed outside. Has the most ridiculous patio set with no glass on the table that is there missing the two sun chairs are hard plastic, which are burning hot in the sun. You’re in Las Vegas. There are some dangerous issues with steps. There is a dirty carpet cut out to enter the master bedroom no paper towels no recycle container. Bathroom upstairs smells and kitchen sink stinks all the furniture should go to the thrift store do not rent this property. I took my grandkids and daughter for spring break. What a disappointment."

"My first VRBO rental couldn’t have gone better! We booked this beautiful home for our wedding stay and it was perfect. It feels like the homes I grew up and celebrated events in. The hosts are very accommodating. Communication 10/10. Like I said, this is my first time ever using an app to book a home stay. They made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I just asked if they had a pool table brush (no biggie if they didn’t) but they ordered one off of Amazon and it arrived the next day! We didn’t get a chance to use it because of all the wedding mayhem, however, going the extra mile like that was a very pleasant surprise. My girlfriends and I had plenty of mirrors to get ready and take cute selfies in while the guys had plenty of chairs to wait for us in lol. The pink bathroom vanity was the perfect bridal battle station! We had three chihuahuas who felt at home as well, 2 are seniors and were very thankful for the ramps.My Auntie KK was the one who paid for it and here’s her review:“Woweeee!! "We enjoyed our stay in Las Vegas at this property! The home was very clean and well-maintained. The host was very quick to respond and helped us navigate turning the hot tub and pool on. The hot tub system was old, and took a little bit of effort to get going, but once we got it on, it was very warm."

"The house is spacious and very clean. Ray is very quick to respond to any question or concerns and his mother is very helpful. Perhaps I missed this in the listing, but it would be helpful to know that there is a fee if you are interested in using the hot tub and that there is a bit of effort required to make it work. But we really enjoyed our stay there - especially after we figured out how to turn off the noise machine that is set up in backyard to deter birds.Although the various noises made us laugh, it does come on at daybreak and can be heard in the home. So unless you are an early riser, turning it off at night is recommended. "

"The goods - the room was spacious and clean - mini kitchen, cutlery, big sink - big fridge - relatively safe area - automatically lit walkway - plenty of street parking if you have a car - queen bed - reasonable price - straightforward communication of the host Things to be mindful of - Thin walls, some noises from other rooms could slip in (though very little) - raised ground at the door outside, need to be careful - low water pressure in the shower - mattress legs are a bit unstable - neighbor’s dog barking for a long period of time on some nights Overall a very nice stay"
