"The room was huge, bed was very comfortable, the staff is very friendly. My only complaint was the lack of hot water my first two days. It must have been fixed because after that the shower was hot and powerful. Its minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown near Hidalgo, yet seemed secluded. Well worth the price and I would definitely stay there again. "

"This hotel is a hidden gem, located a short walk from all the action and top beaches, but tucked away in a quiet alcove with a stunning pool that overlooks a deserted beach, which I had to myself whenever I wanted it. Everything is spotlessly clean. The lovely staff are super-friendly and helped with dinner recommendations, found a therapist to give me a massage within 10 minutes, even though it was the usual ladies day off and couldn’t be friendlier. The bar by the pool makes delicious (strong!) cocktails. The gym is quite basic (and very hot - give it 10 mins for the AC and all the fans to take effect!!!) but does what it needs to do (unless you’re after cardio). Loved it so much I stayed an extra night. Strong recommendation! "
