"Todo muy bien, personal atento"

"The resort is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We loved our swim up room! The only thing we would change is they don’t have reservations for dinner. One night we had to wait an hour for a table. The spa was closed for remodeling, but we were still able to get massages. The property is well maintained and they are constantly cleaning which was great. Would highly recommend!!"

"We had water leak in our bedroom floor from bathroom 2 days in a row."

"Todo fue excelente menos la alberca de solo adultos, el baño asqueroso y aunque me quejé se ve que nadie se encarga de esa area, igual el bar y el servicio de toallas allá, abandonado y asqueroso, y que como solo nos quedamos una noche no nos dieron lugar en ningún restaurante"

"We had a wonderful stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres. The resort was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our visit. We especially loved the restaurants. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and we looked forward to every meal. Our butlers and the concierge team also helped make everything easy and enjoyable. We had such a lovely time in Cancún and would be happy to come back."
