"Best all inclusive in the world, we dont want to ever go to another all inclusive hotel"

"The hotel was amazing and exceded our expectations. I go to cancun multiple times a year and this was by far my favorite resort I’ve ever been to."

"It was a good experience"

"The room was amazing, the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive, all the food was great! The ocean view was breathtaking!"

"The usual " I wanted to give it 5 stars" which the resort definitely deserves... But I am a first traveler and was excited to check out this resort ( the rooftop infinity pool was awesome - recommended. But when I got to my room I was expecting to see this beautiful view (which it was) it was the fact that my room looked right down on a big patch of sand that was a construction site. Reception/concierge provided no information about the restaurants, amenities, activities, or shows, we were simply pointed to QR codes and sent away. How can guests enjoy what the resort offers if no one tells them about it? The resort is...

"The property was beautiful! The room after day three had an overwhelming smell of mold and moisture. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The restaurants were ok not a five star experience at all. The food was just average and that was very disappointing as the reviews that I had read were favorable regarding the food selection."

"Amazing resort"
