"On arrival our receptionist was amazing and had a great sense of humour! The leisure facilities and staff were excellent Unfortunately our heating didn’t work and we were too tired to wait for maintenance to resolve We also didn’t get any bottled water in our room on arrival which was on their portal but the room was brilliant and so spacious so we’d definitely stay again "

"There was evidence of smoking - cigarette ends on the flat roof outside the only functioning window. The chair was broken. The continental breakfast was not served on time and was meagre and very poor. The staff were friendly however and with a bit of thought and better planning it could easily improve."
