"TBH, the hotel was what I expected, I got what we paid for. Tidy, good location, breakfast was a little tired. However the main reason I gave it a 3 star/2star staff is exactly that. The staff were disinterested, constantly on their phones behind the desk, barely looked up when you walked past. Compared to our other hotels in Vietnam the area of staff really fell short. I love Honoi though. D"

"굉장히 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 3성급 호텔중에 가격이 싼 편인데 3성급 호텔중에 시설이 좋은 편 인 것 같습니다. 직원들도 굉장히 열심히 고객응대를 하고 선택의 폭이 넓은 조식도 맛있습니다(부페식+1가지 주메뉴 선택) 전반적으로 숙소가 깨끗하고 방음도 잘됩니다. 하노이 중심가에서 굉장히 가깝지만 또 중심에 있지는 않아서 소음 걱정을 할 필요가 없습니다. 에어컨도 잘 나오고 와이파이 빵빵하며 물도 깨끗합니다. 추천해요!! 아 참고로 이름은 hanoi elpis grand hotel로 바뀌었습니다. 참고하세요 아시아 펠리스 호텔로 예약하고 택시타고 가면 elpis grand 호텔에 내려줍니다. 당황하지마시고 카운터에 가시면 체크인 해주실 겁니다. 아 그리고 정말 좋았던 것은 귀국할때 공항까지 가는 택시를 시세보다 저렴한 가격에 잡아주셨다는 것 입니다. 13000원에 호텔(하노이 시내)에서 공항까지 갈 수 있었습니다. 서비스 시설 모두 좋은 호텔입니다. this is good...

"The service was exceptional, they were proactive in reaching out before we stayed there and allowed us to keep our bags there for a couple of days while we went trekking in Sa Pa. We returned to the hotel after our trek and they upgraded us to a super nice family room in the newly renovated wing. Overall very impressed by the great service."
