"Once again The finest cancun delivers nothing but excellence. This is our third time at this resort over the past three years and the experience has never been anything other than absolutely wonderful. Ximena welcomed us per our Expedia rewards level and had a bottle of champagne and a plate of fresh tropical fruits ready for us in our room. Dining options are excellent considering this is an all inclusive. The facilities are beautiful clean and well maintained. No matter the number of people it never feels crowded or in anything other than pristine conditions. The staff is SUPERB everywhere around the resort. Very grateful for all the special attentions from Javier Cambrianis, Enrique and our Chef from Merida at Lizo, as well as the amazing Javier and Carlos at the Finest Club Beach area, and Rocky and Roger at Duke’s. Everyone made our time here absolutely unforgettable. We were treated like royalty all around. We will continue to come back. Don’t look any further, the Finest is the hotel in Cancun for the best family vacation. "

"Just came back from our first trip to Grand Riviera Princess. We have nothing but positive things to say! We enjoyed every second of our trip. The whole resort is maintained beautifully. The staff were accommodating and nice. The food was great and there were many options to choose from. The resort is huge so it was nice getting to walk around. Adorable wildlife all around to see as well. There was lots of entertainment as well as quieter pool areas for a more relaxed time. This place truly has something for everyone. We will definitely be returning. "

" The beach directly in front of the Blue Bay isn't the best, but if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the left, you'll find a much nicer stretch of beach where you can have a great time. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews—those are just Karens being Karens. Me being an American, I felt disgusted when another American said, "I'm an American, I need the HVAC to work." They were being disrespectful to the staff, asking them to hurry up at check-in. This place is actually fun and offers great value for its price. The rooms are extremely cold, which is perfect after a hot day, and there is a lot to do for the price. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and there is plenty of food to eat. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it! "
