"Excellent location! Very close to all the attractions in Westminster and very quiet for the area. Room was rather spacious, staff was exceptionally nice and breakfast was very good as well. Definitely, would stay here, again. "

"Pros: The hotel was a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It was also close to two tube stations. Cons: We had issues a couple days getting our room cleaned. We had set up daily cleaning for our week’s stay, but came back a couple times after a day of touring and no one had been there. Also the rooms are very dark with minimal lighting. The other big issue is the lack of storage space. When we stay a week in a hotel, we like to unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases. There were no drawers or wardrobe spaces in the bedroom. Only storage space was two small drawers in the closet. "

"Very inconvenient stay. No breakfast or parking, difficult to access with luggage, and the property is not appealing. It also takes too long to get inside when carrying bags, and it is very expensive."
