The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.

I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out.
