The pools were nice and clean and blue as well as the beach. Room were always nice and clean and cool"

"Its a little older resort. I didnt care for the butler they provided and I tricked to listening to a time share pitch. Staff was great. Food was okay. I couldnt book the spa even though I asked the butler. I enjoyed myself. Activities were fun"

"Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family."

"Liked - We have stayed at the property before and was aware of the surroundings. Didn't like - Would have liked to have known what VIP was? Noise - lots and lots of young kids being very loud with voices and music ZERO / No American music played in Disco Room refrigerator did not work. Reported it and still wasn't replaced or repaired. "First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
