"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"Riu Macao In Punta Cana was amazing I loved the different food options. Riu also has 4 different resorts you can walk to and eat and drink at the restaurants on other resorts in Punta Cana. Beautiful view close to the beach also they have swim up bars on the resorts.I will definitely be back to visit again soon."
