Noise - lots and lots of young kids being very loud with voices and music ZERO / No American music played in Disco Room refrigerator did not work. Reported it and still wasn't replaced or repaired. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
