"Location of this hotel is perfect, easy to get too all the sights. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was amazing as was the Sky bar. We appreciated the snack bag for our early flight too!"

"The Metropole is quite simply old world chic! The staff are amazing, everything is amazing. Be prepared to pay for dining and drinks but the quality of the food and service is well worth the treat. The room we had was in the heritage building and I think they called it a luxury suite. Quite small but the bed was super comfy and the size of the room was adequate."

"Lovely hotel, very helpful team who sorted out flights and transfers etc when trips had to be cancelled due to the typhoon. So friendly and supportive. Location great, in the craziness which is Hanoi. Breakfast very nice too."
