"This hotel is amazing especially for kids. So clean, the staff is so nice. The food was just average, and not all of the restaurants were open every day. That was really the only downside worth mentioning."

Hotel Riu Palace Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive

"This was probably my eighth stay at Riu Palace Costa Mujeres, and I keep coming back for a reason. The service is excellent, the staff is always friendly and attentive, and housekeeping does a great job. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although some of the plumbing needs maintenance. We stayed on the fourth floor, and the shower pressure was weak with some leaking. The food is very good, although this year the selection seemed smaller than on previous visits, possibly because it was low season. Drinks and cocktails were excellent. The beach is absolutely beautiful and one of the best parts of the resort. There was some seaweed, but that is normal for September. The pools were clean, although the water was very warm because of the heat. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxed with music and evening entertainment. Overall, I still really enjoy this resort and would gladly return."

"This property was beautiful! We will be staying there again. Everything was so clean and it gave the feel of a high end resort. All of the food was delicious, we tried many different dishes and they were all so good. We had a breathtaking 2 level suite with a private pool and it did not disappoint. The staff was so helpful when we decided to go downtown. They gave us great recommendations on where to visit and even set up a taxi for us there and back. The only con was that for some reason, everyday the elevator in building 2 was down, it started working again later on in the day and It didn't stop maintenance and housekeeping (It didn't stop us either) from dragging their carts up and down the stairs in the heat and humidity to ensure their job was done. I did feel bad for them though, they were so hot. All in all we had a great experience!"
