"What a great resort! The staff and the foos is amazing! A family of two adults and a 12 year old and 16 year old found this place to be amazing. We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts over the years and I would place this one at the top. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is bar none some of the best food we ever had. We are kind of food snobs and EVERYTHING we had was top notch. We ate at all but one of the restaurants and our favorite being the French restaurant. Take about 50$ in singles and 150 in 5s and tip everyone you can. They work hard and they deserve the extra $. I felt safe at the resort but I wouldn't wonder outside the resort. The pools were nice but we preferred the quiet pool compared to the activity pool but that's our preference. To put this in comparison we have stayed at Breezes and multiple secret resorts as well as Paradisus and with kids this is a no brainer. The beach is nice but the water looks like lake Erie on a bad day, but that is what all of Cancun looks like right now with the sargassum. The staff and the food makes this place top of the line. Even though there was a bus we chose to walk everywhere we went. It was great exercise burning off all the food and alcohol we were consuming "

"This resort was excellent! The amenities were accessible and very accommodating, even for someone like me, who was 7 months pregnant. The food was about 4/5. Dolma was the BEST restaurant on the resort. Pelicanos was great as well. Asiana was doable, but not as great as expected. The buffet is the buffet, but not bad at all. The resort is a few short steps from 5th Ave, so there are opportunities to enjoy nightlife and some shopping during the day. The pool was IMMACULATE. Not too crowded, extremely clean, and the service was excellent. Room service was also great and timely. If you are younger or looking for a more club/turn-up vibe, this is not the place for you. Entertainment is light and fun. This is more for the relaxed individual looking to escape the everyday hustle and just reset and recenter. The beach did have a lot of seaweed, but that's nature, not the resort's fault. They worked around the clock to make the seaweed go away, but there was just too much. The spa was not bad either, just a little pricey for my taste. Overall excellent experience and would definitely rebook! "

"Staff here are exceptional. Our Bellhop, Flavio, always checked in to ensure we had everything we might need. Umbertto, Ramses, and Luna were so much fun and led great pool activites....the nightly shows were fantastic. We always sat in Alberto's section in the buffet, he always had our usual drinks at the ready and shared some great laughs with us as we tried (and failed many times) to learn more Spanish. There will always be room for improvement at any establishment, but if the staff can make you forget about minor inconveniences and keep you smiling, its worth the trip every time. "
