"Overall an amazing experience. Variety of restaurants and cuisines. We were fortunate enough to get restaurant reservations for each day. Only drawback was that we couldn't use the beach as it was the sargassum season and there was sea weed everywhere. Staff was courteous and service was amazing."

"The beach was a bit eroded no fault of the hotel but for Playa Del Carmen it was probably the best choice. The beach walkout rooms are the best for sure. "

"This was a great place to bring a toddler! The water park was awesome. The facilities are very clean. All the restaurants had high chairs that made everything convenient. Overall it was really nice and relaxing get away. The only thing that I would say that needs to be improved is they need to have locks on the inside of the doors to help keep toddlers in. My son kept opening our hotel room door from the inside there was no way to keep it shut no latch or anything of sort that can only be unlocked from the inside. Aside from this it was really great but that's an area that can be improved"
