"Everything went smoothly when we arrived, He greeted us asked if we needed anything to let him know. I had so many questions being I hadn’t been in Mexico in 23 years they were so great in giving me transportation telling me where to site see. The hotel also had MTS tour guide there and we got 2 packages at a discount. I honestly will be going back to this hotel because it’s in a great location & just because how well they treated us. I’m sorry I didn’t take a lot of photos we were to busy enjoying it!! Also the buffet is great!!! "

"Our stay was good, but the water pressure was low for taking showers and it was hard to get reservations for the restaurants there at the Sando's. The worst thing was the elevator was broken 😫 But overall we loved it !! 😍 love Mexico 🇲🇽 "
