"It was our 25th wedding Anniversary. We loved our swim-out room. The staff and our concierge, Leonardo were fantastic. Our only issue was that we stayed during the rainy season in September, which is no fault of the resort. It literally rained for our entire 5 night stay. "

Their customer service was the best I ever received and I hope their manager sees this and knows how lucky the resort is to have them both working there. I love how friendly everyone is at this resort. I will be back soon "
