"The rooftop area was amazing and had a fun vibe to it. The entire staff was the best I’ve ever experienced at a place like this. Francisco was there almost everyday I was there on the rooftop area and he made it fun the whole time. Always provided amazing service and entertaining guy. Ricardo who works in the lobby bar was also an absolute pleasure to sit, drink, and speak with. He provided a lot of good knowledge of the local area and was genuinely great to have as one of the first faces you see walking into the hotel. The concierge desk, restaurant waiters, and cleaning staff were amazing as well. There are too many names to mention. Overall I would highly recommend this as a place to stay if you are looking to stay in Playa Del Carmen."

"Good food options, bed super comfy, excellent service, specially roof top bar staff at Cielo? Specially The guy from Chetumal y Rodolfo. However, we didn’t like the pressure to be a hotel member? I’m on vacations, not to do business. And…all our reservations for parks and restaurants were not granted bc we didn’t have a reservation #… even though we had the emails showing our conversations. If they don’t give you one, how are supposed to know ? "

"Our stay was amazing. The staff is so kind and attentive. They accommodated our group of 13 at dinner and breakfast regularly. They were very strict with who was allowed on property. We always felt safe. It was also a great location and easy to walk to 5th Ave shopping. "

"Overall it’s a great experience in this hotel, other than they refused to upgrade my room for free, which my reservation included free upgrade upon availability. The food qualify is excellent, many options for dining, we loved the steak and lobster buffet. Kids club staffs are friendly, and if kids club would take 3 years old diaper trained then would be even better. Multiple pools and bars options, we loved all the drinks from the bar. I would definitely come back again. "
