"Purchased platinum bands staying it would include better alcohol, there was no difference. We were charged at dinner for the better alcohol. Only plus out of it was the room service. The resort overall was great though. I’d go back. "

"Great spot for a trip. The resort had everything you could need. Felt safe the entire time. The all-inclusive made things easy. Food was hit or miss as expected but you could order 4 items to find 1 or 2 that were good. Service was excellent all around. Played golf at their Hard Rock Golf Club. That was NOT as good of an experience. Nice layout but the greens were punched and top dressed with a 1/2" of sand. That made it almost unplayable and not enjoyable at all. They never mentioned this during the tee time booking. It was only $150 rentals instead of $250 because we were hotel guests. Disappointing. I would definitely stay there again but if you plan on golfing I would call the course first to make sure it was OK. "

"My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights 10 days and everything was absolutely perfect. We loved how polite and friendly everyone was with us from when we arrived until when we left. Hotel was beautiful, our room was exactly as pictured, drinks were 10/10, the different pools were big (we loved that there was an adults only side and a family side), food was delicious and the beach was out of this world👌 The service was top notch and we loved how there was 24 hour room service. We really enjoyed staying here and we’re hoping to visit another HARD ROCK soon! "
