"It’s a very nice secluded property you have access to all three resorts which is nice! They transport you via gold carts they offer a guided bike tour of Puerto Morelos which was really nice! It’s about 1hr away from Cancun. You can purchase tickets to different activities at the lobby area. The restaurants are very nice! Be sure to make reservations right away my favorite was the Italian. "

"I love this place, every staff is willing and happy for help. We had a bit of an unpleasant incident during stay, but the manager quickly solved it and sincerely apologized. Everyone works very hard and thank them for their efforts."

"Very clean resort. No eating at the pool which keeps birds away. Wait staff were always there taking orders. Never had to wait. Many restaurants to choose from. The only down side was the seaweed. They could clean the hat up better. "

"there was a group of 10 of us with all different interests - they offered many excursions for all types of people. Just staying at the resort there was plenty to do as well. My one complaint would be the Italian restaurant - the food was not great there - otherwise we thought it was great!"

"Lovely property with lots of activities and amazing pools. Near the Spa is the quiet area & lazy pool that loops around the property. Great for sunning on floats and keeping cool from the heat. Recommend the Spa for total relaxation. Will be back!"

"The most beautiful property and rooms! All of the staff were friendly and attentive. I had no idea what to expect, as I wasn’t familiar with The Fives. It far surpassed what I considered possible for the price! The room was so much larger and nicer than any I’ve received at hotels in the US. We had a huge balcony with sitting area, sun chairs, and our own hot tub. Amazing."
