"Our family's stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We would especially like to recognize José Coleaza from the Viña del Mar Buffet. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made every breakfast a wonderful experience. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure my wife, our young son, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His exceptional service reflects the very best of this beautiful resort. Everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was amazing. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude from the entire team exceeded our expectations. It is clear that every employee takes great pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. My wife and son absolutely adored every moment of our week at this incredible resort. We created beautiful family memories that we will cherish forever, and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach team for making our vacation so special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for outstanding service, luxury, and a truly family-friendly paradise. Five stars without hesitation!"

"The all inclusive hotel was well kept together, very convenient to shop around and catch the ferry to Isla mujeres. Only 1 thing to comment about is the loud noise that young adults would come from having too much fun at 3am, you can hear so much of the noise in the middle of the night."
