"The resort was amazing, it was so hard to believe such a big resort and not a single piece of trash found anywhere !! From the start to the end everyone was very cooperative
Vacation spent well"

Olivia Oceanfront was the perfect place for our bachelorette trip in Tulum! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We also loved how easy and convenient the digital check-in process was.
The property has amazing amenities, including beautiful rooftop areas, a jacuzzi, a beach club, restaurants, and a gym. Everything we needed for a fun and relaxing girls’ getaway was right there!

This hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and the presentation is stunning. Patricio in front desk was able to answer any questions and make reservations for us. He is amazing along with Paulina in front desk. I felt right at home. The guys in the restaurant and beach club area left me with no words. Carlos, Roberto, and Jose Manuel in the beach club gave the best service. So personable and friendly. We just returned from a week at Jashita and couldn't recommend the hotel more. It's truly a special place perched at the end of Solomon Bay, just a short jaunt away from the great restaurants, hotels, and nightlife of the Tulum puebla and beach. But most importantly, with all that Jashita has to offer, why leave?
The service across the board is some of the best I've received anywhere being a frequent traveler for both work and pleasure. We had many great meals at the restaurant and enjoyed...

Milam is synonymous with luxury and sophistication. From the moment you enter the lobby, you are immersed in a well-balanced atmosphere of elegance and nature. The attention to detail is exceptional throughout the hotel. The rooms and suites are spacious, beautifully decorated and feature first-class amenities. My wife and I had a wonderful three night retreat here. We were looking for somewhere quiet, where we could sit by the ocean and read and chill. This was perfect. The service was great and everything on the menu was delicious. We walked to the Mezzanine for Thai food one night, which was great! One day we took a taxi ($550 MX) to the strip and had tacos at La Zebra (also great).

Quite possibly the most beautiful and relaxing stay I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that is reflective of the natural beauty and environment of Tulum and not the all-inclusive resort side. Also the opportunity to see baby sea turtles climb the shore past my room at night is a memory I’ll have forever.

The property is gorgeous, will a beautiful cenote, multiple swimming pools, a large lagoon, and jungle walking trails. Being on the property makes you feel more connected to nature and withdrawn from the world. There are several activities provided for free, and Gonzalo (the Activities Manager) is super knowledgeable and an outstanding guide! The food is excellent, though a little bit on the more expensive side. Would definitely recommend! Just be warned, they are still working on setting up...

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. I thought we were going to feel regretful for not staying at a beach resort, but I'm so glad we stayed here instead. We woke up every morning and hopped on the rental bikes and rode into town (and if you're ambitious like us- the ruins, the beaches, and the cenotes- all were a bit of a hike but worth it). Once back at Tiki Tiki, we'd immediately drop our stuff, jump in the pool, and grab a carefully crafted cocktail from the bar. The whole staff...

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.

Shibari Tulum is MAGICAL. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The resort is beautiful, relaxing and fun and the staff is overly friendly and accommodating. Fernando, Danny, George, Jorge, Natalia, Yahaira, Francisco, Karla, and all the other Shibari staff made our weeklong stay absolutely perfect. We celebrated our engagement there, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful note when we entered. The cenote is breathtaking and one the coolest places I’ve ever swam. Be sure...

This is one of the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful trips I’ve ever been on. This property is so gorgeous - the smells, the sounds, the food - everything was so amazing. I cannot wait to come back!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind, they are able to get a taxi quickly for you and more. Tulum changed me, and I have Una Vida to thank for that. Tip: do the sound therapy session!!! It just completed my stay and really did some good for my soul. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this...

This place was amazing. A little paradise in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are very big and comfortable. There 2 pools and lots of things to do. Including temezcal, sound healing, yoga etc. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. There is laundry service available and they will always be happy to call you a cab. There is a WhatsApp number you can always reach them at and ask any questions you might have. Maria the massage therapist is amazing. Will definitely be back. Thank you
