"The Resort grounds are beautiful & the Resort staff were friendly & attentive. The multiple options of food was great, we just did not like that we had to make reservations . When excursions are made ,no one truly knows an exact time when they will return-any delays can happen therefore it should be first come first serve. "Last year, we stayed in Puerto Morelos and had a better experience with entertainment provided during the day. We missed out on catching the nightly presentation, so no opinion there. Food and service was hit and miss. The fried fish at the seafood option was awesome. "
