"I must say that in Mexico City when you are sick. The staff at the hotel is amazing. I was there with a trip you my wife. Lazaro is the concierge name . He got me a doctor in the middle of the night and the doctor gave me a prescription that 20 pharmacies would not dispense his doctor friend drove me to a pharmacy that would fill a prescription . I just want to give him recognition because he saved my vacation! What an amazing hotel! I have been all over the world but never had more caring people. They asked. "Live Aqua was absolutely beautiful. The resort was spotless, the staff was genuinely kind and attentive, and the butler service was outstanding. The food was enjoyable, the beach was clean and stunning with very little seaweed, and the overall vibe was peaceful and relaxing.
