"Property had his glamorous days. The poor condition outside, very dirty, water for bathing was the worst. Water smells really bad, also there was couple morning that was very hard to breathe the outside smells. Staff was great, couldn't be happier with them. Overall it need to be addressed alot to be considered a great place to visit."

"I had a superb winter avoidance break at Bahia Principe. The pre booked transfer with Amstar worked perfectly both ways - just over an hour from Cancun. I opted for the shared transport but was the only passenger on both trips!
