"It was to spaced out, beach very small and dirty, rocky too.meals were terrible, hard to get a French fry, some of the buffet you had a job to get something for your plate that you liked.wasn’t pleased with the entertainment, very poor planning, not much if anything for late night, most shows over 9 pm,definitely not a spot to go for a party.Best meal we had was off the resort. That says much about the place.Definitely won’t be back !!"

"First time we went in 2023 and everything was great. We decided to come back hoping to have the same experience but to our surprise its under construction. Half of the property we were not able to use, including their main pool with bar. Nothing was announced about it being under construction, if we would of know we would save our money for a different time. We were the only ones uncomfortable with the situation. When we mention it at check out the girl just rolled her eyes at us. They used to...

"The property stuff was excellent, but the property is lacking a lot of maintenance."

"Come here for the amazing views, incredible architecture, and if you want to spend a lot of money. I was disappointed that there was no wifi in my room and that there is no privacy when showering. I could tell my neighbors were annoyed that they could see me butt naked in the shower. The food was delicious, and service was excellent, especially Keith at Kin Toh. their website boasts 8 restaurants but only two were open, and a clothing boutique that was closed. the room itself was lovely, but the...

"Great"

"i want to preface this with the knowledge that we were at the resort during low season so some things were scaled down. the grounds are beautiful and the landscaping is well kept. lots of animals/birds to see. staff were mostly decent but only a few were above average. buffet food was very repetitive in all the hotels as we made our way around trying to find the best option. (more on this later) the ala cart's we booked were mediocre at best. the carts to take you around are plentiful and always...

"Disappointing Stay – Construction, Noise, and Poor Service Our stay at Kannan Tulum from Thursday to Saturday in October 2026 was extremely disappointing. The hotel appeared to be an active construction site while we were staying there, which significantly affected our experience. There was constant construction noise from the floor above, making it difficult to relax. The rooftop bar was closed, the spa had no staff available, and when we asked the reception team about it, they simply said...

"Make sure when you go ask if the pool , cenote and swim up bar is open. They did not disclose it and we got there and had virtually nothing to do at the hotel that was listed besides massages. Also if you have included breakfast it’s like 3 items which kind of sucks for the price you pay ."

"It’s not the first time we stay at this hotel but the quality definitely went down. Won’t be coming back"
