I like the customer service was great it’s someone always at the from desk. When you needed someone they was always on time to help you with your needs and they always greeting you every time they see you. They help u with transportation if you need it. They was just all around excellent….

reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice

Naj Tulum fue una experiencia única y encantadora. Al momento de hacer check-in te hacen una limpieza para quitar las malas vibras y el estrés antes de adentrarte a las instalaciones. Las habitaciones están sumamente limpias, tienen una distribución excelente y la de nosotros contaba con un pequeño picuzzi privado. La verdad es que de tener la oportunidad de volver, lo haríamos.

We had a really good experience here. It's located in a great neighborhood with a lot of dining options nearby. the staff was really friendly and easy to work with, and also really helpful. The rooms were extremely spacious as well.

Hotel was amazing! Taxi and transportation to different areas is wayy to expensive!!! But other than that it is a great place

This property was not only beautiful but extremely convenient for a location. Close enough to the beach and the city, a perfect medium. Bike to the ruins or into the city. Taxi to the beach and they are all easily accessible. The gym and rooftop are beautiful and peaceful. The private pool I had was so nice I can’t wait to come back. They even provide bikes for you to use it’s perfect.

This is a very small property. Owners are very friendly and nice. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Property is very nice and opened late January, the staff was very kind and helpful. Only downfall is it’s in the middle of nowhere and there’s nothing around but construction being done.

I lo ed staying here. It was my first time in tulum and wasnt sure what to expect. The hotel is an easy walk to several restaurants and 7-11. The property was clean with a cute little balcony, where we sat in the early mornings. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and cieling fan. We actually got cold at night. The hosts were gracious. Rented us a scooter. Gave us recommendations and helped arrange taxis and car services whenever we needed. The pool area is nice and relaxing but...

The customer service here was nothing like I’ve ever experienced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You just text them whatever you need like room service, or taxi, or to book a massage etc. The hotel is still under construction, but so far beautiful. I’m excited to see what it will look like when construction is complete.
