Vacation Homes in Tulum

"Our extended family of 11 had a wonderful stay at Casa Ligera in Akumal! Perfect location and a beautiful home with the best view! We loved being able to walk to some great restaurants, Yal-Ku Lagoon, and the beach. Caretakers Cesar and Doris took great care of us during our stay, and Host Michelle was very responsive. "

"Great property and nice location."

"The home and area are well appointed and lush. Restaurants and sites were perfect. Our host was on point and very helpful, house staff were wonderful "

"Excellent host and amenities "

"Beautiful home, nice area to walk and explore little restaurants and shops. Very safe community. House was very well stocked with everything you need. "

"The best feature of this house is its location. However the house itself, its furniture, equipment and fittings, etc. are well worn and would benefit from fresh investment. "

"The house and cenote is beautiful."

"The best thing about this place is the host. So attentive. The people that she's curated for the experience were all top-shelf. We used her chef, her driver(s), and her massage therapists. Every time we thought of doing something, she already had the answer! The house was great, the location was good, and it was as advertised. We highly recommend Meso Maya II"

"Spacious property, with gated access. Close to places to eat and night life"

"We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, spacious home. The location on the beach and in the middle of tons of restaurants, shopping and bars was great. I would definitely recommend."

"The property is very peaceful. The home is absolutely gorgeous!"

"Clean rooms. Easy check in and out. Small but clean pool. Lots of decaying sargassum on the beach so it smelled bad and we couldn't go in the water. Very low water pressure but that is pretty typical at the beach. No washer/dryer. No nearby shops but only about 10-15min drive to town"

"Casa Zaba was amazing! We will definitely return for the seclusion & beautiful home. We took referrals from the management for a private Chef (Pablo) and massages in home (Clara). We enjoyed each meal curated and presented on the porch table; fresh & amazing! You could hear the waves while getting the best massage you’ve ever had. Both referrals were absolutely outstanding. The management host was extremely communicative & responsive. The daily staff who live on the property were so sweet and...

"The house is beautiful with a great location. Be warned in the summer they have a seaweed situation which doesn’t allow to enter the water beach front. And it smells awful. But you get used to it and it’s still gorgeous. The host was horrible. The AC broke in a master bedroom on the second night. After contacting the host 3 times, she said it was fix but no one ever came and it was never fixed. It was 90-97° during our stay. 2 people were displaced for 4 nights and the host didn’t care. My last...
