"The service at TRS Coral Hotel was truly unmatched—professional, warm, and consistent from start to finish. Every staff member, from butlers and pool attendants to servers, bartenders, and entertainment staff, worked hard to make our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and dedication made us feel genuinely cared for. There’s plenty to do without ever leaving the resort. Our favorite was the dinner and show at Chic Cabaret—an unforgettable night of fantastic performances. Huge thanks to our server Jorge for making it even more special and memorable. Dining across the property was excellent. The variety, quality, and allergy accommodations exceeded expectations. Every meal felt thoughtful and safe. The pools were stunning and spotless. We appreciated the clearly defined adults-only areas, which kept things peaceful. Golf carts were always available, but walking was less ideal due to shared roads with the carts and sidewalks. Our room was clean, modern, and well-appointed with a large balcony, jetted tub, rainfall shower, and smart TV to access room service and activities. Housekeeping was fantastic and restocked the minibar daily. The only downside was the A/C—it cooled a bit, but the room stayed humid and damp. The unit was possibly too small for the large room. Highly recommend TRS Coral Hotel for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and great service in one place."

"Everything was really good from the food, to the drinks it was all gourmet . I've been coming to mexico for many years this is one of my top three resorts however, the beach is garbage complete garbage. Full of rocks and sargasm."

"So relaxing, quiet, idyllic. We loved the experience. Quiet beach, everything is included so we would just go to the ice cream/coffee shop every couple of hours, like in a story book. We had incredibly high quality breakfast and dinner daily, classy live music at night, the whole resort wasn't too big and was enclosed, isolated from other resorts, and so quiet, and the landscaping was a main focus and was incredible...we loved the different plants and foliage, it was like being in a botanical garden. We loved to walk around and chat and just enjoy each others' company. We are 33 and 39 and most couples there were in their 40s-60s. Everyone seemed in love and enjoying each others' company. Many shimmering swimming pools as well. The AC wasn't working very well in the rooms, it was cold enough but the humidity wasn't being very well controlled. This wasn't a significant issue when compared to the rest of the ideal experience we had. We definitely want to return to this exact resort within the next year. "

"hotel itself is beautiful, you can walk the entire resort which is very nice, no need for golf carts like at the bigger resorts. It's a very quiet resort, if you are a couple looking for a party, there is none. Wish it was adults only. But the adults only pool And two restaurants are very nice. The food and premium cocktails were top-notch. The service was impeccable. The decor was aesthetically beautiful. The beach is quite small, but does the trick. I have nothing negative to say about this resort, it was great. I would definitely recommend."
