We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation."

"Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous "

"Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. "
