"Need to be more helpful with the information about the resort first time going there"

"Rude and belittling, bordering on elder abuse. They will be receiving legal correspondence from my attorney, who i will retain immediately upon returning to Texas. I will never spend another dime in Mexico. Ever. They will lose more customers than me given the adolescent intimidation factors used by the night manager. He made aggressive gestures towards me. The kind that men use to challenge each other to a fight. Im a 60 yr old woman."

"Was in a Privilege Master Suite oceanfront Rooftop. Room was very nice, yes there is work that needs done, mainly to the wooden doors, they are pretty beat up, my guess is from the amount of moisture in the room. all of the art that was in the room has been removed except for 1 piece which obviously has moisture damage to it. They do have dehumidifiers in the living and bedroom that needs to be emptied out several times a day, usually fills up within a few hours. Enjoyed the jacuzzi on the...

"The staff at Hyatt Vivid Playa de Carmen were so polite and helpful the entire time we were there. I would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. My boyfriend and I look forward to coming again soon."

"This was our fifth visit to the Princess Resort, and we will never return. Our primary goal—to relax—was not achieved, and the main reason is that it is incredibly, excessively noisy. "need fan or a window in the bathroom and a door to the shower"

"I didn’t like to be forced to listen about a time share when we first arrived, just wanted to get To theroom and relax. TV worked sometimes and wasn’t able to use the phone…."

"Absolutely not worth it. The property is old and not well maintained. We were one of few families that got duped by this high rating on here and thought that this is going to be an excellent place to have vacation with kids but it turned out the opposite. Food is mediocre to okay for breakfast and lunch, then better for dinner. Something as basic as getting a proper espresso drink though was impossible. We’ve stayed at St Regis Kanai before this stay and it was absolutely stunning - so going...

"Todo excelente sigan asi tremendo servicio"

"good"

"This property was amazing. The grounds were incredibly manicured and lush. Cute picture opportunities, very romantic. The food was good with the French restaurant being the best meal we had. Consistent service . Preferred club concierge was very attentive. Rooms were gorgeous! We took advantage of both the tub on the balcony and inside the room after a full day on the beach. The musical entertainers were outstanding throughout the resort. There was a lot of activities and we did find it a little...
