"The entire staff from concierge to room service were exceptionally friendly. The property itself was very well kept and felt new. With that being said, it lacks things to do bits either the pool or a restaurant apart from the two hours of nightly entertainment. There’s a lot of missed opportunity. There should be more things to do for adults. Maybe a rec room or daily activities at a designated pool and MUSIC. They don’t play enough music. It was relaxing but quite boring. "

"We stayed in a Teepee on the beach- used the public bathrooms. The public bathrooms were gross but all public bathrooms are- bring disposable toilet covers/witch hazel/wipes/hand sanitizer/etc. There is an option to stay in a teepee by the bathrooms. "Our room in the Tequila section was beautiful. We were right across from the Spa and Le Gourmet restaurants and around the corner from the pool. The trolley stop was also behind our room. The Coba lobby and buffet were very close also. We couldn't have requested a more perfect spot!
