"The property was really nice, my friend and I books 7days. We had activities included on and off the resort. Room service was mid and it took about 40mins to an hour and they always got our order wrong. On day 5 we found out that money was missing. We reported and management was covering for their employees. Manager stated it is hard in Mexico so if the person saw money lying around they probably took it for that reason. They started pushing down other things to make our stay better to cover for...

"One of our biggest complaints was the restaurant reservation process. We had no idea before arriving that all restaurant reservations had to be made through our assigned concierge. Whenever we asked the front desk or lobby staff for help, we were told that we could only arrange reservations through our concierge and could not through the app. However, when we tried to meet with him at the times and locations we agreed on, he wouldn’t be there. At one point, he even called us at 7 in the morning,...

"excelente lugar esta muy limpio y acogedor, solo llevar un potente repelente para los mosquitos"

"Overall, the property was good, and the rooms surrounded by the jungle were amazing. I did notice a few things that could be improved. In the restroom, there were small insects that looked like roaches hiding between the tiles. There were also many mosquitoes and other insects around the paths to the rooms, and we were bitten by something other than mosquitoes. I understand that insects are part of the local environment, but better pest control and attention to the walkways would make getting to...

"The property stuff was excellent, but the property is lacking a lot of maintenance."

"The place was nice and unique"

"EL HOTEL ES HERMOSO , EL PERSONAL AMABLE, LO LAMENTABLE ES QUE NO TIENE AGUA POTABLE , LA SACAN DE UN CENOTE, NO HAY SUPERVISION DE LA AUTORIDAD DE SALUBRIDAD ES MUY RIESGOSO, SOLO DAN AGUA ENBOTELLADA EL PRIMER DIA ,UNO TIENE QUE COMPRAR AGUA PARA LAVARSE LOS DIENTES, EL RESTAURANTE DEBERIA ESTAR SUPEVISADO POR SALUBRIDAD, CON QUE COCINAN, CON QUE LAVABA LOS TRASTES?, ES UN PELIGRO PARA LA SALUD . SE DEBE HACER LA DENUNCIA A TURISMO, MEDIO AMBIENTE, COFEPRIS Y SALUBRIDAD"

"Great"

"i want to preface this with the knowledge that we were at the resort during low season so some things were scaled down. the grounds are beautiful and the landscaping is well kept. lots of animals/birds to see. staff were mostly decent but only a few were above average. buffet food was very repetitive in all the hotels as we made our way around trying to find the best option. (more on this later) the ala cart's we booked were mediocre at best. the carts to take you around are plentiful and always...

"Make sure when you go ask if the pool , cenote and swim up bar is open. They did not disclose it and we got there and had virtually nothing to do at the hotel that was listed besides massages. Also if you have included breakfast it’s like 3 items which kind of sucks for the price you pay ."

"It’s not the first time we stay at this hotel but the quality definitely went down. Won’t be coming back"
