"Phenomenal hotel . The staff is hands down the best. I was able to check in early. The plunge pool with the room is a nice touch. The breakfast included with the stay is a must. I had eggs with ham, toast, fruit and granola with yogurt: The pool with the rainfall waterfall is sophisticated. The property and rooms were like the photos listed online. It’s jungle-ly vibe but not too secluded. "

"We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!"

"Little Gem exceeded my expectations. The staff were so helpful. They arranged our airport transfers, booked tours for us, had mopeds or atvs to rent at reasonable prices, and bikes free to use. Rooms were clean, coffee maker in room, even beach towels. Close to many restaurants and the best coffee and cafe right across the street. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!"

"I had the mar suite it was nice, shower was cold only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3. Staff were very accommodating no complaints at all with the staff. Bar could have been a little better my drink was almost I drinkable, but I got a refund no issue. Overall if you want a stay that’s right off the beach and you’re not worried about all the small details this is a perfect place "
