"The staff was beyond helpful. I really liked the cozy little room, the bed was comfortable, everything worked within the room, there was hot water… I really have nothing to complain about. It is close to everything but very quiet for the area. I would definitely stay here again."
"Gorgeous apartment with a lovely plunge pool to cool down during the day. The communication was excellent throughout our stay, they shared lots of information ahead of our arrival and were always on standby over whatsapp for anything we needed.
The location of the apartment itself was a little quiet, with lots of construction work happening everywhere around so beware of noise and dust. We didn’t mind too much as the complex had security and you can rent bikes to cycle into downtown tulum or...

"Bardo and staff is very well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating for all the needs. The rooms and pool are the highlights and are very relaxing and provide a great opportunity to unplug and relax. "
"This is a new property just opened in April 2025, and has been buit to a very high spec. The rooms are modern and each with private jacuzzi’s, with the suites super luxiorious with a kitchen and living room and very roomy. The swimming pool area has lots of loungers to relax after a swim, and has a dining area in the middle to order refreshments. The gym is fully equiped and excellent. 24 hr concerciege and free parking. Ivan, the manager, and his team are always readily available to help if you require anything.
