"Very well cleaned rooms, tasty buffet, love the architecture and location of the pool areas and great tasting cocktails. No complaints"

"Old hotel needs renovation, staff was rude, shower was broken, ceiling leaking, almost cut my hand on a broken glass table. Floors mopped and wet with no signs, almost slipped a broke my neck. Food is all inclusive but ate out because nothing was really good except the fruits and grilled chicken thighs. Expedia was great to book this place but from walking in to checking out, this place sucked."

"The food was amazing at every restaurant we went to. The bar tenders were great at every bar."

"Pools closes at 8pm"

"RIU Santa Fe is perfect for families, small/large groups and solo travelers. Plenty to do on property and close to downtown Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Los Cabo’s."

"Love it!"

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"I don’t know how I feel about this property. Traveled from US and added this on last minute for 2 days. Rooms are clean, water park is cool. Was really looking forward to the nostalgia but everywhere they are blasting American pop music and playing old Nickelodeon shows on the tv’s. You can’t actually hear any old cartoons in the hotel. "Rooms were very spacious. The jet tube inside the room was nice; however, whoever designed this did not think well. The area gets wet with water and the type of floor is super super slippery and so are the stairs next to it. Of course I slipped and fell pretty hard, busting up my back and arm. So pkease be super careful around this area."

"The room was amazing, the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive, all the food was great! The ocean view was breathtaking!"

"Todo muy bueno, es la segunda vez que lo visito; pero creo necestita una pequeña remodelación."
