We just returned from a week at Jashita and couldn't recommend the hotel more. It's truly a special place perched at the end of Solomon Bay, just a short jaunt away from the great restaurants, hotels, and nightlife of the Tulum puebla and beach. Excellent location-quiet late at night/early morning so we slept well. Walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, bars & beach clubs. Loved being right on the beach! Property was clean and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and attentive. Beds were super comfortable and great air conditioning. Good and drinks were all fresh and delicious. The hotel had so much character. Highly recommend!

Shibari Tulum is MAGICAL. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The resort is beautiful, relaxing and fun and the staff is overly friendly and accommodating. Fernando, Danny, George, Jorge, Natalia, Yahaira, Francisco, Karla, and all the other Shibari staff made our weeklong stay absolutely perfect. This was our 5th visit to Esencia. We got married here 4 years ago and keep coming back. It is the perfect balance of understated beauty with warm, impeccable service (and the MOST delicious food). The new owner is really taking care to maintain the uniqueness of the property, while also making improvements. New furniture, new bath products, updated menus are just a few. The changes are lovely. We cannot say enough how special Esencia is. We recommend it to everyone we know.

The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

My husband and I chose Layla Tulum for our 1st year marriage anniversary. We’ve done all inclusive a number of times, each time we vacation actually and wanted this trip to be more intimate. Layla Tulum exceeded our expectations! It’s such a small charming hotel, with breath taking decor. If I could give 20 stars I would. Everything was truly amazing. The food, drinks, and food were great! This is be my forever vacation place when I visit Tulum.

Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable for our stay.

This hotel has wonderful access to the beach and beach club. Sunrise is perfect and breakfast at the restaurant is included. The hotel staff, specifically Diana and Abril, were so helpful and arranged a snorkeling excursion for us. We liked that the beach club closes early (6pm) so that the area is quiet at night and not a loud party spot. Truly a paradise!

we loved Casa Malca for its amazing location and relaxed, artsy vibe. our room was beachfront and the views were fantastic. we would love to go back.

This is a very small property. Owners are very friendly and nice. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Property is very nice and opened late January, the staff was very kind and helpful. Only downfall is it’s in the middle of nowhere and there’s nothing around but construction being done.

We were at Conrad Tulum for 5 nights. The staff was amazing all across the property. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Many dinner options. Well equipped gym. Several pools. An incredible time.

The house was perfect for our families needs. We are very appreciative that the property was proactive before our travel on how to arrive because the location is not intuitive to get to (mud/dirt roads to get there). The House does not have water or anything when you arrive so be prepared to do a stop at the grocery store for a few basics ( coffee, water, tea, laundry soap, etc). Very glad we picked this hotel! It has a great location at the edge of the city of Tulum. All around you are shops, restaurants, bars, and if you want to go to the beach it's a short bike ride away. Hotel felt super safe with an awesome rooftop pool to getaway from all of the hustle and bustle of the beach for a day. Pool has awesome service with tasty snacks.
