"We had a birthday and they took every measure to take good care of our occasion. Great trip, awesome property, rooms were clean and staff was very attentive! We will for sure plan a return to this property."

"My husband and I were very happy with the service they provided for us. We also loved their food."

"Our concierge Alfred was so helpful to us he helped us plan our dinners and helped us book a tour. Our waiter Dagoberto was the sweetest! He always greeted us with a smile every time we went for breakfast. Also Grean, Nairobi, Vicente, and Itzel the concierge team were amazing, they were the sweatiest treated us like family. They helped us with our reservations and were always so happy to greet us and help us. Also at the spa Carla gave us an a lovely experience with our hydrotherapy session!...

"Staff and entertainment personnel were really good. Food was average at best, beach area was below average. Mattress was hard, several plugs did not work. Been to much better properties in the past. Overall experience was just average."

"This is my second time going to Bahía, I really enjoyed the resort. Perfect time I went. Not to busy and very relaxing. The room service is on top. And the people were very friendly."

"I was disappoint to spend so much money on an all inclusive resort for over 60% of it to be closed. Only one small pool was open. You’re charged for a cabana on the beach, even as a preferred guest. There were several upsells the resort tried to say was included as being a preferred guest. But all it did was give you the opportunity to pay more. My room was clean and gorgeous but very musty/wet smelling. It is hurricane season, so I will give it that. I asked to be placed with the party I was...

"Great stay and great hotel staff."

"Extraordinary hotel and apts. Loved the stone walk ways and lush jungle landscaping Clean, safe, comfortable. The staff made the difference between a great stay and an unforgettable stay. Photos are accurate. Good location. Wonderful resturant. I had the pleasure of staying in 2 different rooms with plunge pools and a 1 bdr apt with plunge pool. Wow. Huge pool, priviate sun deck big enough to hold a 10 person party. Beautifully decorated. Large 2nd terrace, full large kitchen. Front desk...

"I loved the à la carte dinners, staff was always friendly, Sara at the spa was 10/10!!"

"No food available at lunch time"

"Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Kanan, and our room was absolutely amazing. However, the hotel itself felt a bit neglected and could definitely use some maintenance and extra attention. I understand that tourism may be slower right now, but I actually think this is the perfect opportunity to take care of the property and make improvements. One of our biggest disappointments was the beach. I completely understand that sargassum is a natural issue and difficult to control. However, there is...

"Le calme, la piscine magnifique et l’environnement dans l’enceinte de l’établissement qui invite à la paix et au repos. L’accès en voiture est très chaotique, on se demande où on arrive. Mais il faut savoir que l’ensemble des rues et routes de Tulum sont dans un triste état,"

"Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something....
