"Staff here are exceptional. Our Bellhop, Flavio, always checked in to ensure we had everything we might need. Umbertto, Ramses, and Luna were so much fun and led great pool activites....the nightly shows were fantastic. We always sat in Alberto's section in the buffet, he always had our usual drinks at the ready and shared some great laughs with us as we tried (and failed many times) to learn more Spanish.
