"The hotel is lovely and the staff was nice, but it was not a good experience. My room was unpleasant. My bathroom (toilet) didn’t work. There was also a problem on arrival. I had a terrible time finding the place because the hotels.com listing had no proper address. The cab driver who has worked here for decades had never heard of this tiny place. "Great location in the corazon de Playa. Shops, dining, beach, and local flavor all close by. Chedraui, Mega Soriana, and DAC are a few blocks walk for food and other items. Staff was excellent and attentive. Facilities are cozy and included a full kitchen, laundry, and rooftop area with private grill and hottub (penthouse option). Definitely will return as we prefer the more authentic/local feel to the growing all-inclusive options."
